A Spiritual Prescription for Healing Genetic Diseases with Surah Al-Fath
A potent spiritual prescription for protection and healing from genetic and spiritual illnesses is offered through the specific arrangement of reciting Surah Al-Fath (The Victory) and Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave). This prayer order, accompanied by Salawats, carries the intention of seeking healing from afflictions carried from before birth up until the present day.

This order of recitation is in two parts:
Part 1: The First Recitation (The same for everyone) (3 Surah Al-Fath and 1 Surah Al-Kahf)
Part 2: The Age Recitation Surah Al-Fath should be recited a number of times equal to the reciter’s age. (One Surah may be recited every day, or 10 Surahs may be recited in one sitting, starting and ending with 100 Salawats).
1st Part
(The following order is recited in one sitting. Prayers made between two Salawats are accepted, which is why Salawat is important. When the recitation is finished, we gift the reward to the souls of all Prophets, from Adam (Peace Be Upon Him) to our Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him), to saints, scholars, and our ancestors, and we pray to God for the healing of our diseases, the opening of all doors of goodness, and the closing of all doors of evil.)

100 Salawats
2nd Part
For example, a person who is thirty years old recites Surah Al-Fath a number of times equal to their age (at least thirty in total). At least 1 Surah Al-Fath is read for each year of age. One may choose to read five Surahs instead of one for each year. If read as a group (e.g., 5 Surahs in one sitting), 100 Salawats are recited at the beginning and the end. Upon completion, the prayer is made as in Part 1.
DETAILED EXPLANATION
If you wish to eliminate the genetic diseases passed down from your father, mother, environment, and family during your time in the womb and throughout your life, recite Surah Al-Fath a number of times equal to your age.
It is recommended to start the recitation during the Friday hour.
When starting, first read:

This is read in one sitting without interruption.
Then, read one Surah Al-Fath for each year of your life (e.g., if you are 30, read 30 times). You may read one Surah every day, or more, as desired.
When starting the recitation, first recite (100) Salawats.
Then, no matter how many Surah Al-Fath recitations you make, conclude by reading (100) Salawats again, and pray, gifting the reward to our Prophet (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him), then to the other Prophets, all the friends of ALLAH (saints), and the souls of your ancestors.
Intention for the First Surah Al-Fath
My Lord (Ya Rabbi), I recite for Your pleasure. Grant us healing for our material and spiritual afflictions. Grant us goodness and beauty in this world and the hereafter. Open all doors of goodness to us with Surah Al-Fath. Close all doors of evil to us with Surah Al-Fath. Make our trials easy. Do not withhold Your mercy and bounty from us. Make us among Your servants who live for Your pleasure. O Allah, with the intention that the material, spiritual, and genetic diseases passed down to me from my father and my paternal lineage, and the trials upon my father and my lineage, shall not harm me, and with the intention that we may be saved from all of them with goodness and wellness... With the intention of opening the doors of goodness and closing the doors of evil for my father and me...

O Allah, save me and grant me healing from all material, spiritual, medical, and genetic diseases I acquired from within and outside during the 9 months I spent in the womb. Remove all diseases from my body so they cannot harm me.
